I have always supported every manager west ham have had. I even sat on the fence during Pardew's darkest hour. But now....i really think that Curbishley has to go. He has no motivation, no backbone and no clue how to handle his west ham flops. I can now concede that we are relegated and i would sack every single f***ing player in the team. I would get a new manager in....along the lines of George Graham, and start to rebuild in the championship. For those hammer fans who think we'll bounce staright back....just look at Leeds. I'm off to slit my wrists Andy I'm with you on your comments. I boo'ed Reoder and his team off the pitch after the appalling display they put on at Rotherham (same day as the 'wouldn't change at the ground - we have to go back to our hotel' debacle). I wasn't sure about Pardew when he took over, and it took me a while to get used to him. Don't get me started on Curbishley.....the problem (it would seem), is that WE expect him to do a good job because he was a player, he knows the club and how the fans 'operate'.....he hasn't delivered and you're right, he has no backbone (or b******s for that matter). He needs to go - tomorrow, and to hang his head in shame. Bring back Trevor Brooking - if he can be enticed away from the FA. I bet Terry Brown is laughing and busy counting all his money!!!. When you've finished with the razor can I borrow it mate!! But I'll finish drowning my sorrows in this Gin first!!!

am still here pottering about GH. too busy sowing things i shouldn't be (purely as a germination experiment you know) and willing them onto the next stage !
funnily enough the lugs need doing again, the OH contracted man flu and i'm sure he's passed it on damn him !
Were you watching the final yesterday ? I felt sick with the JT incident but the handbags at the end was a bit of a laugh.
I was torn between wanting the kids to win (I've got a thing about Cesc wotsisface) but i've traditionally hated the arse (think Bob Wilson had something to do with that) and i do like Jose so as a neutral it was a good game to watch !
I've had my fair share of gin this season. our mottley crew build us up and then have us crashing down again just when we think we're getting there !
such is the life of a football supporter !
;D

Think gardening is an easier pastime than footie supporting!!! Didn't watch all the game yesterday (was out in the garden), really would have preferred the arse to win as I don't like Jose AT ALL (something too smarmy about him!!), and Drogba irritates me. The handbags was a laugh!!! Glad to know you're still pottering about here!!

I do like the Jose shrug. That "am i bovvered" look he's so good at. We usually listen to our matches on the net with the speakers blaring in the garden so there is NO escape ! lol Sorry for the delay in replying. Think my notification emails disappear into hyperspace.

Well today sees the once mighty hammers take on spurs at the Boleyn.....a serious grudge match if i've ever seen one. We are 10 points adrift at the foot of the prem and i don't think anyone at the club really cares what happens this season anymore. Just to sum up for those who haven't been following the west ham circus, this is what's happened since the ball left Steven Gerrards boot in the final minute of the FA cup final last may. Lose FA cup final on penalties despite being 3-1 up at one point. Injuries to Gabbidon, Ferdinand and a couple of others result in a poor pre-season Dean Ashton breaks ankle whilst with England Poor signings pre season Nigel Reo-Coker is denied a transfer to arsenal and trows dummy out of pram The Argentinians !!! Distruptive take-over talks Very poor performances on the fileld Being knocked out of the UEFA cup in round one without scoring Knocked out of the league cup by chesterfield The eventual take over Alan Pardew sacked one point over christmas including a 0-6 defeat by Reading A series of dressing room bust ups, court cases, gambling and alcohol addictions Anton Ferdinand charged with GBH The two defensive signings both get injured after 45 minutes of their debuts The constant partying of our "baby bentley" clique of players And they're the ones i can think of off the top of my head. Apart from a few exceptions....i think i actually hate every player in our team

Oh god yeah...how could i forget Millwall are doing well at the moment....and there's a possible investment talks too. Despite being arch rivals, i always look out for Millwall's result....a very close uncle has followed them for 50 years so i like to see them do well.

Andy - I'm well gutted, especially as we played well in the first half AND had a 2 goal lead. Mrskp - do you think there is any chance of being welcomed as a Millwall supporter? A GH

Did you see last time we were relegated mrskp....our last game was at Birmingham (2-2) and a few Millwall hired a plane to buzz over St. Andrews with a big banner saying "see you next season....MFC" behind it.
Now that annoyed a lot of our supporters but i thought it was the ultimate in put downs.
Good luck mrskp....WHU v Millwall are always good games both on and off the pitch ;D

Well I'm heading for the big game in Scotland tomorrow at Parkhead. Got a bit done in the garden today... will not be there for a day or so due to hangover......... no matter the result lol
With Celtic and Rangers both being on a Euro downer it will be an interesting match with hopefully plenty of action.
Hail Hail
