Just cleared the GH out and came upon a pot labelled "XMAS"....well all I have is green Perlite....has anyone got anything vaguely resembling a Xmas tree?? RF nothing here just green moss

Weird - I would have thought that one of us (Tig) would have had success...the seeds can't all be duds..or??!!

I was thinking the same RF - if they didn't work for Tig there's no hope. And, they came from different sources so they can't all be dud...can they....

I can't believe we haven't got 1 or 2 between us. I think germination was about 90 days wasn't it. Perhaps they need a really good blast of winter rather than some time in the fridge - presumably they come from Norway so they should go through really low temps.

Oops! You may be the only one with a Christmas tree seedling Mowhay! Wonder what you have there RF. Yew tree seedlings don't have those typical cotlywotsit leaves but not sure about Norway Spruce....

Did anything come of the little seedlings in your Christmas tree tray RF? I've emptied my seed tray into a pot and stuck it in the hedge out of the way.
