Thank you all, again Feeling OK. Had some corkers of migraines the past few weeks, but the specialist at Walton promised me they'd disappear in 2nd/3rd trimesters. I'm creeping into 2nd trimester now so we'll see! If he's lying, I'm going to Walton and punching him in the knackers ;D My fibromyalgia is also playing up a bit more but that's probably lack of sleep coupled with ligaments getting loose- hips and lower back are particularly painful if I walk too much now. Not cravings as such, but I've gone off some foods and other foods have to be cooked a certain way or I can't eat them. And the acid reflux is driving me up the wall.

Thank you We recorded the baby's heartbeat this evening, could hear it moving and kicking too. Not felt anything as yet, or perhaps I have and I just don't recognise the feeling. 20 week scan on 14th December ;D

You will get all the baby messages you are supposed to receive shortly TT - wait until you can see its elbows and knees moving across your tummy It was a very long time ago for me, but I can still remember the excitement as we watched in awe - there was the thrill of greeting the 'one' we had created together. 'Special moments' doesn't seem to quite describe how it felt. x Tig

Well, I know it's going to be an active one (takes after its father!) and it's hard to tell with your first baby whether they're just gas or movements so I probably have felt it already. I'm not worried anyway.
I do think it's infuriating some friends and family that we're not going to find out at the scan what it is ;D

They can wait until he or she is born..I prefer it when people dont find out otherwise it spoils the surprise..

I agree with MRH although most people I know who've had babies recently or are expecting them, want to find out before the baby is born. There are few surprises in life now.

Knowing would only make people decide on the colour of the baby outfit and why should girls get pink and boys blue? Not knowing might get a much better colour scheme ;D ;D ;D Congratulations TT little egg looks perfect. Good luck with the next scan on the 14th.

I'm only buying unisex coloured stuff anyway. Everything is cream/beige/brown at the moment and I'm not redecorating the "toasted almond" back bedroom/nursery either lol
Told the hubby we weren't redecorating the bedroom until the kid was old enough to have MCFC wallpaper hehe
