Did well with Patsy Palmer and very well ( week 12 I think) with Laila Rouass. He's let down because his Latin is poor and he's 47yrs old, so it must be tempting for him to go down the faux comedy path Jasmine |

I'm so glad you said hurray and not hurrah, Zoe Ball does my head in saying it all the time.  Definately the right couples were in the bottom 2. It was past time for Dave to leave. We will surely miss Auricula and her spoiler but I might know someone who often stays up late and might be able to provide one. Leave it with me.  |

OH nearly always checks the spoiler before we go to bed on Saturday, I can certainly task him with doing it for the next couple of weeks. Do remember to let me know the list of who wants it though, I'd hate to PM anyone who didn't want it.

Jasmine The times are the time people think the spoiler will be posted at. It gets quite hectic on a Saturday night as everyone picks their times. Think Bruno said cut the crap lol. and oh for f####'s sake when craig pulled out a 7 apparently, but I didnt hear it.

I am still really surprised Kevin is engaged to Karin, they seem very different, but it was lovely last week when he comforted her after they were voted out. I still can't warm to her though.
I thought a lot of people were way overmarked tonight, I don't think I would have given any 10s. And retrospectively seeing as other people were being marked so highly Sophie and Brendan should have gotten higher scores!

I would have given Susanna and Kevin a 10 - I loved their paso, and it does make a difference when the music is more traditional, it seems to add to the seriousness of the latin dances. I also enjoyed Abbey - might not have been perfect but with so much footwork going on I reckon she did a good job. I even warmed a bit to Natalie tonight, she seemed a bit less serious. Sophie did OK too, and Patrick, not sure about Ben and Ashley - both were a bit wooden. Thought Bruce was out of order commenting on Marks size in relation to him being able (or not) to jive. The Beeb new he was a large chap when they took him on, if they didn't think he could dance due to physical limitations he shouldn't have been chosen.

Jilly thanks for the spoiler. I thought BF was rude about Mark as well Tig and he'd actually said something similar in the past because I remember being shocked at how outspoken he was when he's the one who usually tells the boys off if they say something. I thought there was a bit of over marking going on as well but put it down to the excitement of being in that wonderful ballroom in Blackpool. I often agree with Craig but could'nt understand how he thought Ben was better than Sophie.  I don't know much about dancing but Abbey had very little body contact with Aljaz, while Sophie and Brendan were much tighter. I can't understand how Darcey can point out lots of faults and then give 10 to Abbey. I was a bit underwhelmed by Natalie and Artem, I somehow expected more buzz from them. Perhaps they are victims of their own success but the music might have been part of the problem.

I didn't realise Karen and Kevin were an item! Thanks for the info theinsidegardener - that's a busy thread so I guess it gives them a laugh with their virtual peanuts and wine! I thought the scoring was a little haphazard and I think Bruno should be told to button his lip and Darcy wind her neck in with the withering glances at C R-H, although they're all acting a part so perhaps having respect for a judges opinion isn't part of it  It's interesting what is allowed on SCD and what they'll apologise for!!! |
