Well it's off to a very good start. I enjoyed most of it, the young man Christian was so good and his song about his brother made me cry. Did anyone else watch it? Geranium theinsidegardener Chuckles what did you think. There were some woeful singers too 'tho. What about Sharon and Nicole, not to mention Louis they're getting younger looking by the minute!!!!! Good to see Dermot again.

Really good start LG and some good voices and some with potential, lets see whats on tonight had to laugh at them agrivating Simon by putting 2 of the woefuls through Dermot is so lovely he was made for that job. Sharon is one for the facelifts I think, but not sure what the others do

What were they thinking of putting that female rapper (I use the term lightly) through?...she was rubbish!! I had to laugh at the Thai guy that Nicole sang with....made Nicole sound good..

I hate the 6 chair part!

I don't usually watch the 6 chair episodes but did this weekend. Saturday was'nt too bad although I really feel for those young ones, they do need some kind of armor 'tho if they're going to be in that kind of business. Sunday night however was dreadful. Louis Walsh really messed things up, not entertainment in any way.

My first time watching the X Factor for 3 years and last night reinforced my views about Louis Walsh. An Eeeejit playing with people's minds. At least Sharon had the sense to not put through Honey G ... this year might actually be a singing talent show, and not cringey 'entertainment' ... once Bradley and Ottavio have gone
But just my opinion

I suppose they think more people will watch if those two oddities are still there. I totally agree about the mess Louis made of his choices. Maybe he's past it!!! Dermot is a real asset - I'm glad he's back.

Well I'm going to have to find something else to watch on Saturday nights after Louis last night and Sharon tonight. We all know he's an eeejit but She needs to lay off the botox and have a detox. Talented people passed over for a freaks circus
I wonder what mess ITV will make of The Voice ... ?

OH and I simply could not understand the choices they made. I thought it was a singing competition. but what place does a crazy rapper have? We were bemused.

I was really mad when I watched judges houses at the weekend as well. They talk and say how good someone is then don't put them through and let through the silliest acts.

Why, why, why are people voting to keep that stupid rapper in when it is supposed to be a singing competition? Even the judges like her!!! Can you imagine a no.1 Christmas record by her? OK, I like Matt, but I don't think there is a superstar in it this year.

So here we are, with the three finalists. I reckon Sara will win, as although I like Matt, she stands out as her voice is amazing and she is quirky too. The odds are with her, too, apparently.
Am I the only one watching the X factor this year?

I've not been that fussed on it this year Geranium but am glad Matt and Sara are in the final and hope one of them wins.

Yes, me too. Thank goodness that rapper got voted out, but I read somewhere that she is doing shows so she is 'made'.

So, it is between Saara and Matt!!!! I suspect Saara will win, but who knows - it's very close. why, oh why did they let Honey G back on to self-publicise? What a cheek. Guess who will NOT be buying her single.

I record it and watch it when I can Geranium, that way I can ff the ads and all the faffing about. I think either Matt or Saara would have been worthy winners but well done to Matt for winning.
