A scratch and sniff screen. Now why do I get very strange ideas from that. I noticed one little white flower on my pulmonaria. You would expect the blue ones to be first but the whites won. Snowdrops are great even with sun, as we had today

Double ice king how aptly named. Now I am sure I still have some ice cream...... Aargh Why did you have to go and zoom in on it.

Look what I found open today ;D ;D one of my NEW Clems Wada's Primrose, it's a Primrose Creamy Yellow colour and as it's more cream I thought I'd put it in here. She's lovely and I'm so pleased I saw the first flower (bigsoftnelliesmilie) My Lily of the Valley are not in flower yet. I like your Primrose Star P Would like a Stellata, I prefer the smaller flowered Magnolia and it would look good my garden

Ooooooh my Wada's Primrose hasn't flowered yet - it's coming though! I've really had to battle against slugs for the last couple of years and this is the first year it's had flower buds. I prefer the Stellata magnolias too - the flowers are more delicate looking This is Guernsey Cream: I struggle with LotV and the slugs have had a good old go at them this year, but we are getting there - slowly!

Deutzia Gracilis: I find this one quite uninteresting most of the year, it seems so tatty to me after flowering in spring.

Isabella I'm glad you put a picture of your Whitebeam on here, I'm pretty sure that has confirmed what my sickly tree is, I'll double check when my flowers come out. Yours is looking a lot healthier than mine.

Ooh that has made my day - a chance identification of an unknown clem for me - my nice next door neighbour 'shares' her Marjorie with me so it's nice to know what it is - she didn't know what it was called either! Thanks Plocket!
