The Breeze, online radio from Wellington, New Zealand again. Good music and interesting to get a different slant on the news, especially at the moment.

I Wanna Be Adored by the Stone Roses. I used to think they were singing 'I Wanna be a Door' and that it was about Jim Morrison

BEK Just caught your message about the beloved Rufus. I have a video I took at his last concert of "Going to a Town". I tried to post it on Photobucket and failed. The intention was to post it on one of our threads. It is soooo good. I have been listening today, to a verfy scratched vinyl copy of Fiddler on the Roof from 1968. Just to help me sing along while hanging out the washing!! Love Julia xxx

The intention was to post it on one of our threads. It is soooo good. Photobucket's free offering has a maximum duration of five minutes for video uploads. You could always try Putfile where the limit is by file size. The current maximum for videos is 200Mb. This is also a free to user site, the same as Photobucket.

Peter, Paul & Mary. Something soothing whilst I get my head around the fact that I have 'accidentally' got up at 06:00 on a Saturday! Still it is nice weather, so I may as well make the most of it.

I adore snowpatrol...and The killers and The kooks, and Keane and Cold Play, and too many more to mention.... my mother (80) thinks i should be listening to Matt Munroe at my age(not that there is anything wrong with matt i just dont like him myself.) You just got to check out Antony and the Johnsons .What a voice, Anthony and the Johnsons, music to hang yourself by, but very very beautiful voice. I especially like 'River of sorrow'. Ever listened to The Dirty Three? They have that same kind of mournfulness sometimes. I'd love to see Anthony live

Nirvana - Nevermind- reminds me of a house full of music before youngest son left home. And, Tool - Nevermind, an amazing album, good for listening to on the train.

I love Tool 'Aenima'....just had to listen to some of the stuff MY youngest gave me before he left home!....Mad at Gravity 'Burn'....Incubus 'Wish You Were Here'......Breed 77 (a bit challenging that one ;D ).....and then my head exploded. and to round it all off...we bought a Mail on Sunday today (ptah!) for the free Prince cd..... ;D (could there be any other reason?)

Duuuuuuh I meant to say Tool - 10,000 days. And my son introduced me to Incubus too. Then there was Perfect Circle and The Mars Volta. The noise on some of those albums certainly blows the cobwebs away!!
