It's not a cocktail but has anyone ever had a Green Monster ? ½ a pint of cider, ½ a pint of lager and a measure of that horrible blue curacao stuff. It goes green and looks a bit like washing up liquid. Had 6 one night. Can't remember anything else about the night though !!! FA x

A younger mate of mine is a beast for getting everyone a cocktail called a Slippery Nipple, it's Baileys and something else I can't think of at the moment, (bet you know what it is FA )they are nice but the trouble is she don't stop at one and your drinking your normal in between so your soon

In my younger days I used to like a few Red Witches, I think it was Cider, Pernod, Cherry B and Blackcurrant all in a pint glass . Those were the days ;D ;D

I just found out a cointreau and baileys is a 'cointreau caress'. Meant to sprinkle dark chocolate on it, I'll have to try that! You've made me send the OH out to buy some guinness, but it's got a lot of iron in it hasn't it?

A nice little cocktail for Plocket and Sleepy:
ORGASM COCKTAIL
1/3 shot amaretto 1/3 shot kahlua 1/3 shot Baileys Irish Cream
Shake with ice and strain into shot glass.

Plocket, do tell.......! I always thought it was called something along the lines of what you have been talking about , but I googled Irish cream and Cointreau and a cocktail site called it that. I think it might have been a U.S. site, but I can't remember. Whatever it's called I love it!

Can't beat a good (large) G&T, plenty of ice and a slice!! ;D Also partial to dry white wine or a fruity red,cold Grolsh and the occasional Smirnoff Ice!! And a nice drop of Brandy after a meal........
