Not a lot now unfortunately - my Freckles has more flowers and Silver Moon is hanging in there, but I don't have much else in flower. I do have some gorgeous berries on our young holly hedge, and some on the cotoneaster - the blackbirds love it!

I haven't been out today, but yesterday I had verbena rigida, a little pink rose, chincherinchees [love that word!], a few heleniums on their last legs, rosemary having another desperate attempt, a pinky purple penstemon, weigela, fatsia and my chilean glory vine is still producing flowers. I've got about 4 fuschias still doing the business. I have grown very tired of fuschias over the years, but when I see the splash of colour they add at this barren time I appreciate them a bit more.

Four of my roses are still flowering, including the Alberic Barbier, which normally only flowers for about a week in June - and the Altissimo also has lots of new buds so I'm anticipating roses for Christmas again, along with poppies - there's also a bud on my Papaver orientale beauty of livermere. Other than that, Geranium nodosum whiteleaf is still hanging in there, and my heathers and winter jasmines are starting to come into flower. My winter pansies are still flowering too, though not as much as they were in the summer . Isn't nature wonderful! ;D

I have nothing whatsoever left flowering - everything has been cut down for winter and I am just waiting for the temperatures to go down a little and I will start covering most of the plants up.
We normally have our gardens finished by the end of November at the very latest, as we are used to having snow by then.

Amazes me just how different things are for you across the water rosefriend... This thread must be torment, so sorry for prolonging it: a few roses in sheltered spots (really must get round to pruning them and taking cuttings), pinks, lavender, honeysuckle, and this hanging basket: It's not only continued to flower, it's covered in buds. It was shop-bought and I can't remember what it is...anyone? OM.

I must admit that when I read what people still have flowering in their gardens I am a little envious.
No-one here has any colour left in their gardens apart from the odd flower on a climbing rose perhaps.
The only thing that seems to be growing are the bulbs - daffodil bulbs are already a good one to two inches out of the ground, in some parts of the garden.
My mother used to leave her Gladioli and Dahlias etc in the garden for winter and she very rarely lost anything. We cannot leave any summer plants or bulbs in, unless we want to lose them. My Fuchsia's have been in the cellar for over a month already.

Fucshias, passionflower (2 varieties) and cup and saucer vine are still chucking out flowers although they seem to be slowing down a bit. Of the autumn stuff we have pansies, sedum (just going over), primula and erica gracalis, everything else is in the GH & CF for the winter. Although it's been wet and windy it's STILL unseasonably warm. ;D
