I've got a Josephine but a more purple colour one. The only trouble with mine is that it's only flowered at the bottom. (I would go out and take a photo but have you seen the south coasts weather forecast? ?) It's put loads of growth on and I was wondering if I may have gone in a little too hard with the secateurs?

Josephine is gorgeous SS, must look out for one But that ceanothus in your pic, is really that incredible sky-blue or is it a trick of the light? That's gorgeous too

guess what , I went with O.H to B&Q this morning for some bits and pieces, while he was looking around the electrical section I went into the garden centre. Only looking, not intending to buy when I saw a Josephine and had to have it. Does it really flower till November as it says on the label
