What amazes me Roan is that many of your plants are the type of things we grow indoors - that pink "Christmas cactus" for example!

Wondered where you were Roan, good to see you are still with us I'm still around, you don't get rid of me that easily! ;D It's lovely and sunny here ATM although it's only 8C However, when it warms up we will probably have a try at some gardening. It's a long weekend (Queen's Birthday), so hopefully the weather will be kind to us.

It looks like NZ is in for some pretty horrid weather ........
I still find it strange that your Summer has our Winter weather and vice versa. Summer should be hot and Winter cold. ;D

Do you think Roan's snowed under? No, we are the only place in New Zealand that has remained sunny although cool! However, snow is coming according to the forecast!

Eeeek! Hang in there Roan - spring should be just around the corner.
It never ceases to amaze me that the weather is different on the other side of the world. I know it sounds daft but to me summer means SUNSHINE!!! To you I guess it means snow. Very odd but I hope you are all ok and not too snowed in.

I guess you call it Winter over there tho'. What we can't come to terms with is that July is SUMMER and December is WINTER over here.

Not far away at all actually! Only about 10km.
The difference is he is really close to the sea and doesn't get any frosts!
It was only 10C there today, so not that warm!
