Blinking eck OB Where are you? Siberia!!! There was no frost here this morning, although the ice which had settled didn't melt, but we didn't even have white lawns this am! x Tig

Good heavens that does look cold. We live out in the sticks but have not had any frost like that yet.

We are only a bit further west than Staffs, but we are in a frost pocket. The lowest recorded temp in England was taken just down the road at Shawberry a few years ago. (-22.5c). It was cold yesterday for the fifth day on the run, did not climb above freezing until 1. pm or so despite the bright sunshine.

Those are very bonny pictures. Lovely weather for being well wrapped up and going for a brisk walk. Then home to a nice big fire, a cup of tea and a sticky bun.

I'd missed this thread until now. I'd agree, this one is worth a FA x OB all those photographs are absolutely stunning, just how I remember February frosts as a child around here. They really are all breath takingly stunning and beautiful.
