Um...I can't actually...... ;D I think it is quite difficult to stop it bolting in our bit of the country Moley. When we grew it at work for the wholesale market I think we grew the Cilantro variety but it was pretty tricky. In fact we only grew it for a couple of seasons.......all I can suggest it sowing it in very well hearted soil, plenty of light and sun and water and successional sow to keep the new leaves coming. All the advice I've read states that it needs free draining soil and sunshine so you'd think it would love Norfolk wouldn't you? It doesn't though.......I haven't any magic solutions I'm afraid... I don't grow it myself any more..

Hello and SG, I'm not sure where you are in the world as you dont say on your profile but I would just grow what herbs you use and like, if you are in the UK then a few weeks ago on Gardeners World Toby made a herb spiral which looked great. I only grow Sage, Mint(in a pot), Chives and Parsley as thats all I use as my family are not into fancy food as they call it but I am trying to change their tastes
