How absolutley wonderful. I have a Strelitza that I bought at a very expensive GC two years ago. It lives in our front room and watches telly over my shoulder. I had heard they were very hard to grow and take ages to flower. I love them, they are really nice and your Dad gets a big gold star ;D Of course I'm not jealous at all

These are the latest pics, probably considered normal in their usual habitat, but, we thought it quite spectacular that one flowering stem could produce two flowering heads...........if you know what I mean

There is, if you look closely, two flowering heads coming out of the top...........
