That is one h*ll of a picture! Thank you Snowy (and Amo too). I was quite impressed with my picture. It was a really calm night and the harbour was almost as flat as a mill pond. I tried a number of different camera settings with mixed results before I managed to get this one. I put it on a long exposure (15 seconds) and rested the camera on a fence so there was no movement. I was well chuffed with the result, especially when you consider that it was actually taken at about 11.15 in the evening and it was very dark. The fact that the shutter was open for so long allowed a lot of light in and got a much better picture as a result. Cheers FA x

I thought it was lovely FA - it was the clouds that did it, although I also loved the reflections in SRs pub scene!! Very hard to choose when they were all so enchanting ...

I have tried to get photos of reflections in rain drops on several occassions but failed! Today the light must have been just right and I managed these The 'fuzz' in this is the sky Then this with reflections of clem Fond Memories .. and lastly this one with reflections of lily buds .. I hope you can see them! ;D x Tig

I'd almost started to believe that the ones I had seen were a 'fix' But I know better now! Like all photography I think the light conditions play a key part in what you can achieve - I probably couldn't get another one if I tried all year!!! Thanks for the nom RF much appreciated x Tig
