My new greenhouse is here. I bought it at GWL - cost roughly twice my budget but hey ho, when it's gone it's gone.
It's a 6x8 Rhino greenhouse. Goodness knows when I am going to get it erected. I've got to get some paving laid and some Leylandii removed first. Never ends, does it?

I hope the weather stays fine and long enough for you to erect your greenhouse--

OOh Dr Bill now there is a good way of being a big spender. I am only mildly green with envy. No it never ends, certainly not now you have that greenhouse. Once it is up you will be growing so manny plants that you will have to cut down more Leylandii... what a shame..... ;D
Have fun with it.

Post a piccy when it is up am thinking of getting one next year - not a big one tho but a GOOD ONE - one that wont blow down That's really why I went over budget. We are prone to some fairly brisk winds and the cheaper houses did look slightly flimsy.

Did you have a choice when you bought it

Well I was expecting to pay about £500. In fact it cost £1300. I don't really know whether that is good value or not, but I looked at Robinson greenhouses and they came out at £2-3000!

Crikey--That must be a very special GH. Just think of the savings on buying plants now-that you can grow your own. This time next year you will wish you had bought a bigger one. You must show us the GH when you have got it up and going--

I keep 'Logging on' just to see how you are getting on with erecting your Greenhouse. Are you doing it all on your own or are you getting help with it? And then filling it up with plants before you show us it!

DR Bill I really, really want to see you greenhouse! But then I'll just get jealous as I've forfeited my miniscule homemade job this year for something else! But I do still want to see it. Got to get me all fired up for next year! ;D

My greenhouse staging arrived today - minus the aluminium trays and wooden slats, without which it is somewhat useless
