Well, thanks for pinging this one Rita. Having a quite perusal of the thread it seems that the average board age on the outside is 50, and on the inside is about 21.
Does everyone agree?
Oh, the main exceptions are FA at 12.5, and DrBill at 103

After getting off the plane at 10am and not reaching home till just now Ive aged at least 20 yrs today ....call me 64!

First flight messed up my make-up somewhat Sleepy lots of turbulence, but the one today was slightly less worrrying, I used my deep breathing but it only helped a little as the turbulence is so unpredictable. The worst part of the journey was right in the middle I had to feel sorrry for the Gent on the aisle seat he spent the whole flight praying (to Allah) he was almost green
BTW missed you too!

They didnt go on strike till 9am, Duchy, and I was at Schipol by 8 so missed all that, I bet every bike in Amsterdam was out today! ;D ;D

At 58 and with 59 coming into view I seem to be at the upper level somewhat. Like the rest of you I feel nothing like 58 and having played sport for most of my life until a slipped disc ended my fun, I still seem reasonably physically fit. Mentally - that's another matter. Some evenings I am absolutely shattered and incapable of any more thought.
I have 2 grandsons 7 and 5 with the 5 year old mad on gardening and always wanting to come up to the allotment with me. Grew his own French beans this year all by himself. The 7 year old is far too scientific - probably be a botanist. Or a professional footballer.

I was thrilled yesterday when one of my best friends said her grandma thought I was 30!!! At the moment I'm not worried about the milestone birthday next year but that might change, and in the meantime it's nice to be told I look younger than I am!!! ;D
