Tig you have a very valid point, that's actually what my team leader said too, they did'nt really keep to the job description, I'd never have gone for the job if they'd said what they really wanted. I smiled and congratulated the girl who got it today, it's not her fault and I think she'll do a good job.
Happily I'm off now until monday and don't have to see any of them.
