I asked Spru about it being a Southern only prog and he said he saw it wherever he lived when younger, and if FB saw it, it must have gone at least as far as East Angular PS - Did you know that Anglia is the Greek word for England FB - I hope you remembered to put your hand up when you said "HOW!" just then! Dear old Fred Dineage (aka Bamber Gascoigne!) is still the tea-time local news presenter on Meridian (Southern) TV And any country lovers will regret the passing of Jack Hargreaves and his prog "Out Of Town". Half an hour of pure escapism and peaceful countryside stuff. Luvleeeee I watch Meridian NO,I can also get London, but Meridian is best picture,so i see Fred Dinage, aka Bamber i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd161/GWDAdmin1/Smilies/Default/grin.gif on the news. While on hols in New Forest few years ago,we went to a horse show, and there in one of the tents, was Jack Hargreaves, couldnt believe it,watched all his progs, they were luvleeeee, wernt they NO i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd161/GWDAdmin1/Smilies/Default/smiley.gif

I've just realised that I didn't reveal the answer to the last caption. Anyhow it's Eddie Albert (star of)- Escape To Witch Mountain. Eddie (Munster) + Al (from Happy Days) + Burt (from Soap) + Two Witch (Samantha & Endora from Bewitched) + Mountain.
