My, 21 miles is a lotmore than I've ever commuted!!!! A little over an hour then, eh? going steady all the time, presumably no stop signs??? well done though, jeez, couldn't do it myself... maybe TO work on Monday, and home on Friday!!! I'll be honest, 21 miles seemed like a lot a few months ago and I'd never have dreamed about doing it, then a days work, then doing it again but now, I find 20 miles to be relatively straightforward (unless it's blowing a hoolie !!) so I'm hoping I should be ok. If I get there and can't face the same journey home, I could always get a lift with someone or catch the bus and then do it in reverse the next day. FA x

Well folks, that's another achievement I can tick as "done". Cycled to & from work with a couple of mates yesterday. Turned out to be 22.3 miles the way we went and 27.8 the way we came back, so 50.1 miles in total. Managed to fall off once and land heavily on my elbow & shoulder, which is very painful today but the main thing is, I did it !!

Well done you A month or so ago I gave my niece a spare bike I had and she got a kids seat fitted to it for her 2yr old. My bike then moved to her house and we did several bike rides of 6 miles, that was plenty for me ;D We've not been out lately though as the weather has been a bit crappy.

Well done Andy - do you feel fitter for all the cycling? Yes, without question. I've got myself some new trainers as well now and my leg feels healed so I might start running again as well...... FA x
