My fav ad is the one for Saving Money Lloyds Bank - the Hamster is costing the household more than food, elec etc etc - he has an indoor splash pool, sauna, etc - his expressions when he sees how much he is costing them
He just goes into his "pad" and throws himself onto his pool lounger ;D

Have you seen the M&S one with all the 'X' factor finalists? I wonder whether they'll edit Frankie out?

I don't watch the X Factor, so I didn't know who they were I FF all the adverts....................especially when they're pedalling X...a month too soon!!!

But no one younger would buy them.......very staid and sort of "fashion-lite" even I don't buy my clothes there unless I have to

I sit in the cafes of St Ives watching the people walk by. I especially look at what "old women" are wearing, and avoid it like the plague

not sure myself - if I buy from a chain store, it's usually Next.

I like Next too but the Indigo collection all seem to suit someone my height whereas Next stuff is often quite short...as in tunics don't cover the bits I want covering! ;D
