I've met up with 4P, Mickthecactus & Madonplants (plus Mrs Madon and the 2 young Madons) at Cambridge botanical gardens last year.
I've spoken to Susie Snowdrop a couple of times on the phone and also via MSN a few times.

I've met Canarycreeper a few times.
Also Clondalkingardener from the bbc boards. Went to visit her allotment. Nice location. Water and secure.
I met several people from the bbc board, to be honest. There was a hook-up of Irish based users in May 2008 at the National Botonical Gardens in Glasnevin.

I've met 4P, Cheery, Mickthecactus, Madon (& family Madon) and Rita - we went to Barnsdale and had a lovely day out a couple of years ago. I hope I haven't missed anyone off the list And Margi and I have become really good personal friends since meeting a number of years ago. I've known Blodau for years, but it was pure chance that she worked out who I was when we were on the Beeb boards. I've met Yakram. Oh and I've met Lord Steve but I don't think he visits here any more. I think that's it! I know it doesn't sound like it but I'm actually very shy about meeting new people

I've not met anyone either (even though Plocket and I live within a few miles of each other!) I was once going to meet up with others from the Beeb at Trentham gardens, but the date was not convenient. I would love to do a GWD British members grand tour, going around the country visiting as many as possible (I'll put that on my 'things to do if I win the lottery' list ) x Tig

I haven't actually met anyone but I have spoken on the phone, well via Skype to:- RF (usually via video link) Tig, Chuckles, Shrubrose, Dutchy, Amo, MRH, CJHomebird, Piggingardener, Susiesnowdrop, Wee Terrier Also on landline to OM and Christiebhoy. So that's thirteen real people at the very least or one very good impersonator. i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd161/GWDAdmin1/Smilies/Default/grin.gif NB: I don't publicise my Skype address but if anyone wants a chat via Skype just PM me.

I've skyped Yuet Lee (aka Sharon) on A4A a couple of times, but that was the beginning of the end for my pc. Skype didn't seem to like it at all at all. It was never the same again.
Yuet, however was delightful. Accent was Hong Kong with a strong Lancastrian burr!
Ladygardener, any time you're visiting the city centre I'd be glad to meet for a cuppa and a chat!
