There has been a bit of a problem with security & IE 6,7,8 Microsoft have issued various fixes dependent on your operating system - you need to check for the right one for you and then download as appropriate www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/ms10-002.mspxAlso if you use Firefox you may want to update to the latest version 3.6 x Tig

Microsoft say that if you have automatic updates you are ok I didn't know until fairly recently that you could have anything other than IE but I always find it ok anyway, and as I have IE8 and automatic updates

I have FF 3.6 LG My Windows automatic updates didn't pick the IE one up Auricula - it didn't even find it when I ran it manually Hence the search ....

I now always let them update if they ask me but don't search for any, if you know what I mean. I don't know which version I have but I'm happy enough with it, both with IE and FF . ;D

To check which version of either browser you have LG, just click Help at the top of the browser window and then either About Internet Explorer or About Mozilla Firefox.
