RF
i'm no expert on peach leaf curl - but we have experienced it I have sprayed in early spring, but RHS Wisley protect the tops of their trees from rain in jan / Feb / march - i think I believe that discourages the spores from taking hold i try to burn all leaves that drop, during the season and also when all foliage drops - ie now
Hope that might be of some help

Thanks Ian - I sprayed my little tree but I do have a slight problem in that, as I live in Germany, it is always a challenge to keep it alive over the winter months which can be very cold. It is, once again, in the GH swathed in fleece and hopefully I will once again be lucky with it. I don't get many peaches but I did get 9 this year and they tasted wonderful.
It is interesting to hear what RHS Wisley suggest and certainly something which I will happily try and do...many thanks for the help.
