I heard on the news this morning that the Bank of England is withdrawing the 'Elgar' £20 note at the end of this month!! I didn't know that!! You've heard of ladybird hotels...well, my purse is a moth hotel - I like to do my bit for wildlife, and it's amazing how many you can pack in!!

Well I always keep a few notes for 'emergency' purposes, and because I have them safely put by you tend not to look at them unless you need to. I checked, no twenties just a couple of tenners but they have been there so long I needed to check that they hadn't been withdrawn from circulation to!
