Could anyone remember last year's winner? Sadly I couldnt but just enjoyed watched XTRA-Factor prior to the show and it all came back to me

I didnt know Simon didnt get married - what happened anyone know

Show got off to a good start with the big guy

And now Oh Dear we have our first "sob story" - I think Gamu is actually too talented - dont think there would be a song she couldnt sing

Did'nt know the wedding has been postponed either JW. Tried to find out the gosip but it's been put off indefinately. It was to be next month (There's hope yet then) ;D
I must have missed the punch up but I saw most of the show. It's easy watching TV for a saturday evening.

Last year's winner was some talentless moron destined for a career in the music industry lasting approximately as long as the attention span of a goldfish.

Actually, with a few exceptions, that sums up most of them doesn't it ? Didn't watch it, won't be watching it. Interesting developments today though with the revelation that ITV "doctor" the sound after the show has been recorded to make some of them sound better.

I thought the whole idea of the show is to feature really dreadful groups, solo singers et al so we can have a jolly good laugh

And of course slot in the odd good singer or group

I think you could say Will Young was a worthy winner - he is still at the top ;D

I;ve just heard that the feisty girl who sang Mercy who got thru to the next round has been "taken off the show" as being unstable

Simon said he liked her and cudnt wait to see what she would do next

It's just so easy to watch. Did anyone see it last night. I thought it was quite good. I have to admit to being a big Simon Cowell fan.

No, the girl you're talking about Jen has mental health issues and they aren't letting her back I don't think as they don't feel she can cope with the pressure. The girl who was told to take off her shoes had tried before in another series. She had her little girl with her back stage.

But I heard Simon has been given the Groups and they got drunk and trashed his Spanish Villa - he was cool about it but said would take damage out of their first royality cheque - I think Louie would have blown a gasket

If Mary is the Irish one then apparently she's already released a song in Ireland. She won a competition there and released a single for Xmas which apparently sold 19 copies.

Double helping this weekend it's on again tomorrow night. Some of the acts were really good, that last guy was so nervous 'tho. I don't get the 16yr old girl who was doing a bit of rap, she did'nt impress me at all I'm afraid although they seemed to like her.

I think Chloe is very entertaining - awesome figure <greenwithenvyface> - but you never know what she is going to do or say next - Simon likes her
