I think you need Acrobat reader to open those sorts of files LG. Does your computer offer to download it for you when you try to open the email?

I downloaded Cute PDF Writer but not sure if this is what will work for you
I downloaded this so as to convert Word.docs into PDF's

The best option would be to download Adobe Reader via the following link LG.... get.adobe.com/uk/reader/Uncheck the McAfee Security scan box and then click the yellow download button. This will download the Adobe installer and then you just have to accept Adobe's T&Cs on the wizard that pops up and then it will self install. It should also check for updates periodically.  Alternatively you could use an online file converter such as www.pdftoword.com to convert the PDF to a Word document. |
