They get arranged for all over the place. Usually advertised on certain websites looking for volunteers.

The one that was done at Terminal 5 was nearly all actors.....even the ones in the crowd...my future DIL works there and I asked if she saw it and she said yes but they were all told to keep behind the tape that had been put up, you can't see it on the advert but apparently they had to use actors cos of security at the airport.
