I have earphones of the plug in your ear type in the car for hands free calling. Bonus, they clear out the sound my delivery van makes. Whohee no more dark road noise to give me a head ache. And I can text but why on earth they expect me to do my e-mail on the thing?  ? |

My daughter has an iphone, which does everything (except dance!) and she had an ipad for Christmas from her IT husband. I wouldn't want either, to be honest!  |

Earphones when walking the dog They fit under my hood, Auricula - I get really fed up plodging through the mud, and the music takes my mind off it. I don't take them in the spring/ summer months - I like to hear the birds! |

The batteries on iPhones and iPads need charging ever so frequently, and you have to pay for lots of apps |

I think there are only two branches, aren't there. When I first went there a few years back, it was gruesome with uncared for plants and not a lot of choice - but they had a change of ownership I think, and last year a new plant manager - now the displays are great and it's much better. There's an enormous part of it that's 'leisure' rather than 'gardening' though.  |

Thought would pack up early for lunch yesterday - got all my stuff together - put on hat, coat, gloves and staggered downstairs with my usual numerous bags of necessities, walked into the car park NO CAR  Silly Me it was in for its first service  Crept back in again ;D |
