I love Xmas. It's all the working out who we're going to see, where and when that I hate. The kids never get back to me quickly enough ( in my world) to say when they won't be working and when's best for us to see them - no one tells us what they want for pressies quickly enough ( in my world). They are all working - and have lives ( unlike me, with too much time and not enough to think about)I hate anticipation and just like things to happen......rant over.....bye until the 12th  |

I don't anticipate or look forward to holidays either, but enjoy them - like Xmas, when they're here ...........mustn't forget no1 son's birthday is 14th December  Thanks for smilies Spru, I will use them when it's the appropriate time of year |

Yes it was - biggest twin is doing his assembly today (they have to lead one each during the year) and he is doing his on Advent.  The smileys are awfully cute!  |

Advent begins on the fourth sunday before christmas day, it's called Advent sunday for that reason, and can be any date between 27th and 30th of november.  |
