My son says I shouldn't watch the Chelsea coverage on TV but wait until after my visit on Wednesday. So I am taking his advice so it is all fresh for me on the day. The temperatures are set to rise to around 24 degrees Celsius by Wednesday, so what shoes shall I wear, sensible walkers or sandals? Auricula, you've bought new shoes, give us a clue?

Well, I have bought some smart new wedges, I also have wedge sandals, flat sandals and flat ballet pumps.............what's a girl to do? I wish I hadn't watched tonight all far too green for me and not enough flowers

I'm nearly as excited as you all, and will record all the footage on Wednesday in the hope of spotting you lurking behind every camera shot - I'll look for the one who's head and shoulders above the rest first ;D The weather looks like it will be glorious - sun tops and sandals, no need for waterproofs x Tig

I've put the TV courage on series link so I won't miss any of it. I was thinking of you all this morning. When you go on wednesday, you'll know which gardens got gold etc. It's good to see all the familiar faces reporting.

It's cool and damp here this morning, so I'm in a tizzy about what to wear as I set off this teatime I'm enjoying the coverage ( and on the red button too) and just hope I'm not too cream crackered to enjoy every minute of tomorrow ;D ;D Nah ! I'm forgetting what a warrior woman I am ;D

Have a great time girls, my series link is on as well LG ;D dont forget the banners for GWD, I agree with you on the too much green PP thats the first thing that hit me when I turned the program on. Love the new clem which they showed last night. Dermutt ;D has done it again not sure if I like it or not yet not got room for a 50 metre wigwam in my garden but it looked very nice with the CC on it just giving it the right amount of colour. Loved Joe Swifts garden.

Hi Girls I'm not got time to watch any Chelsea coverage so I'm relying on you to guide me. :smile:I'm still not sure what to wear, particularly on my feet, as we are going to be walking for hours comfort must come first. If we are going to be celebs on the telly we must look good too! In case I can''t post again, see Auricula and Jas at 8 at Sloane Square. And thanks for reminding me about my ticket! And Jilly, will find you at the show. I'm getting really excited!

Thanks RF! Just been looking at some of the winners. Cleve West got Best in Show. Joe Swift got gold for his first ever garden and Chris Beardshaw got gold for his rhodo garden after saying he thought the judges would think rhodos were too dated! DG got silver gilt for his pyramid.

I'm home! We had a great day! It was a bit too warm but I guess we shouldn't complain after all the rain! It was lovely to meet Auricula, Jilly and PJ. The Show gardens were beautifully done as were the Artisan gardens and the pavilion was amazing. Pics tomorrow. I'm sooo tired I'm off for a soak!

I'm just home too as I took a detour on the way home for a bit of food shopping.
We had a great time at chelsea and it was lovely meeting Auricula, Jasmine and Jilly.
We also saw a few gardening celebs - Rachel, Carol and Toby. The show gardens were fabulous and the marquee was plant heaven.
Feel whacked now, but have to start cooking as son not well and needs feeding up.
