I thought we ought to have a new thread for this year's show and all the pre-SCD gossip!
Read this today...
''The stars of 'Coronation Street' have been banned from appearing on 'Strictly Come Dancing', according to reports.
It's thought that the show's Michelle Keegan was being eyed as a contestant, but now ITV bosses have dashed any chance of her appearing on the BBC dancing show.''
Anyone heard who might be in it?

I read in the paper today that they are trying to get Dannii Minogue to do it. I think they should ask Bradley Wiggins - he seems to be on a bit of a winning streak ;D

Found a possible line-up...
Kimberley Walsh, Olympic heroes Sir Steve Redgrave and Victoria Pendleton, Westlife singer Nicky Byrne and cricketer Michael Vaughan.
That isn't enough though - are there normally 10 or 12 celebs? There's no jokey one in that list either.

I know Richard Arnold. He was a late competitor in 71degrees north. I always thought of him as a bit of a comedian but he put in a good effort. I don't know the girl.
