I roast celeriac with other roots,make celeriac and potato mash,use it in soups,stews and in casseroles i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd161/GWDAdmin1/Smilies/Default/smiley.gif

We have tried to grow Celery but the slugs always found it - they don't bother with Celeriac
