I bought a selection of 6 small shrubs this morning but apart from one they aren't named. This is the first 3... The hebe is the only one that is named, then I don't know what the middle one is and I think the right hand side one may be Gaultheria i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd161/GWDAdmin1/Smilies/Default/undecided.gif The second 3... I think these are Choisya on the left, Nandina in the middle and some sort of Euonymus on the right. Is anyone able to confirm what they are please? I can't believe the carrying basket had nothing on it!

Thank you for your help Amber. I was going to ask but any staff I saw were busy with Christmas stuff. I'd like to know what the conifer is just so I know how big it might get! Thanks for being no help at all Auricula ;D

The euonymus looks like Silver Queen. I thought the middle one on the bottom row looks more like a photinia Definately looks like Choisyia Sundance on the left. Is the top middle 'evergreen' looking one soft or spikey Jas? x Tig

Thanks Jilly, RF and Tig. I think you might be right about the photinia...that was me badly wanting it to be Nandina! ;D The conifer is soft Tig.

Thanks Pam. My Gran used to swear by germolene - will have to crush one of the berries and see if it brings back memories! I've just googled Leucothea and it looks very similar.

I think most of the little shrubs in that pack like acid soil which would make sense at a good local GC. The leaves are quite twisty which makes them a bit different to photinia. I see a trip back to the GC coming up! ;D
