Had a lovely little owl statue for the garden, a lightweight fleece, booze, Recipes from The Witch's Garden book by Lynne Tann-Watson, soft gingerbread festive shapes, a basket of hyacinths and one in a glass, jewellery which will be recycled as it isn't practical for a gardener, and a HD digital recorder from OH which I had before Xmas, some home-made festive chutney and a couple of bottles of bubbly. Much more than I expected, oh and a santa wind sock ;D

My daughter tracked down two beautiful books - water colours of the Somerset Hills and the coast (with descriptions). I'd been lent one when I came out of hospital and that one is out of print, but she got me the others by the same authors. i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd161/GWDAdmin1/Smilies/Default/smiley.gif They're books to dip into, rather than read like a story.

The books sounds delightful Geranium; I love water colours and pastels I had a book on Baking for Doggies numerous birdie feeders with seeds; outdoor wall clock; bath salts; cat and mouse garden ornament; stationery/pens; bracelets; pretty cotton hankies (I hate using tissues); voucher for a facial; home made jams and a cranberry chutney; slippers - think is more but I have forgotten as I always open pressiz when I get them and not all on Christmas Day

Yes Geranium, I still have enough to open a shop, plus a tin of M&S biscuits I bought for the girls at the health centre that I've not been able to get down with.
