Yes, but I can't tell you which ones. I just bought a packet of Dwarf Cosmos from Wyevale. They were very good but mainly pink ( with about 20% white)

This is what T&M have got to say about dwarf cosmos... One of the 1991 Fleuroselect Gold Medal winners is 'Sonata', a stunning dwarf white reaching only about 18in (45cm). The pure white flowers are prettily fluted, held well above the foliage and up to 4in (10cm) across making a very impressive plant. This is the first of a new generation of dwarf types, other colours and mixtures are on the way. Older dwarf types do not seem to be available at present. Of course, being T&M they could be talking about anything!

Antiquity is always pretty short for me, it's meant to be 2' but I've never had one get taller than about 8 or 9 inches.

I love cosmos andy and have grown lots of varieties in pots so I can move them about but not as short as 15". They are thirsty and hungry beasts if you do grow them in pots, worth though Cosmos Sulphureus Brightness is said to grow to about 12" but its only oranges and yellows so depends what colour you want. Unfortunately lots that are classed as dwarf are actually quite tall.

I've grown shorter varities but it was a while ago and I can't remember which ones they were, sorry. I remember not being very impressed but I'd grown them in the flower beds and because they were small they did'nt stand out much, they got pretty squashed. Where are you planning to grow them andy? Why have you picked Cosmos?

I was going to grow them in a single line around the path edges on the allotment....a) to pretty it up a bit and b) to attract pollenating insects.
Might try a few but go with French marigolds instead

French Marigolds would work well and have the benifit of being companion plants andy.
