Sowed a few seeds yesterday afternoon and put them on the heat mat. 24 hours later and the Tithonia and marigolds are germinating. Now i appreciate Marigolds can be fast but jeeeeesus, 24 hours ?

Sometimes my marigolds and cosmos actually jump out of the compost and I have to repot them Andy, i don`t think they need as much heat as is recomended on the seed packet

I made the mistake of putting my Cosmos in the heated propagator this year (what was I thinking ? ) 3 days they took & yes they are really leggy & I've had to pot them on up to their shoulders. And yesterday I put the Tithonia in there too

Tithonia & Zinnias sowed on Saturday are up & out of the propagator already, Malope & Echium sowed at the same time with no bottom heat, are germinating too.
