On june 14th at 2pm, I shall be doing a guided tour of the garden I look after www.facebook.com/PrestonRockGarden with my gardening club
I know that Jilly is local and Jasmine fairly local but if there's anyone else who wants to tag along, you're more than welcome. I will give directions and sort out free parking.
As mentioned, the tour will start at 2pm. I'll give an introduction, a bit of the garden's history and then show everyone bits of the garden. as most of my gardening group are elderly, we'll stick to the bottom of the garden so it's nice and flat.
After the rockery, we can then go round the walled garden in preston manor and/or the park itself leading to the rose garden.
I'd expect the tour to last around 2-3 hours but could be less or more depending what you want. Im all yours all afternoon.
Would love to see a few there...Jilly and Jas....you have no excuse  |
