A serious breach of security has been reported and Ebay will be advising all account holders to change their passwords asap. The advice I have from a colleague in IT is also to change your Paypal account password as that could have been compromised too.

Very few people have Ladygardener - it seems they are relying on the media to let people know, which for a company of their size is pretty pathetic

Oh right!!!! that's a bit of a surprise I must say. I have heard that there's a whole investigation going on about it all. I must go and change my passwords.

I have just had a mail from Ebay telling me to change my password, which I have done, and also saying that PayPal is not affected - to be on the safe side I will change that as well though...

I changed mine yesterday but just the ebay one, still have'nt gotten an email from them 'tho.
