OK Missy here is the recipe you asked for, this is supposed to serve 8, not in our house it doesn't.
Crumb crust
6 oz digestive biscuits. 2 tablespoons caster sugar. a teaspoon of ground cinnamon. 2 and a half oz of butter melted
Crush the bix, add the sugar and cinnamon and stir in the butter, put it in a pie dish and flatten it and push some up the sides. Cook on gas mark 3 for 5 mins.
Filling.
14 fluid oz of condensed milk.
4 fluid oz of lime juice.
grated rind of 3 limes.
4 egg yolks
beat the milk lime juice rind and egg yolks in a bowl until well blended,take the tart out of the oven and add the mixture spread it to the edges return to the oven for 15 mins
leave to cool completely about 3 hours, serve spread with whipped cream.
