It's a friend of mine who lives in Switzerland who planted some seeds and didn't label them. He said he grew loads of Pak Choi last year but as the temp regularly gets to 30-35 degrees and the soil is shallow, dry, hungry and "calcareous", they all bolted.
2nd guess for Pak Choi.
