Hi
my dog archie an american springer has had a rough couple of days suffering from the squirts and sickness so took him to the vets cos we pay about 400 a year for his insurance, anyway they treat him then told me there was an excess of £75 to pay when i pointed out that he was on their pet plan they said still got to pay the excess so im fuming feeling that i was ripped of royally

I am sure we helped greatly, many years ago when our dog was ill, in helping the vets build a new wing to their practice !! |

Rosefriend, think i paid for there next holiday hope it rains for the fortnight its not that archie is not worth it cos he is just think whats the point of insurance if every time you visit it costs you £75 god the wife was cheaper than that and the dogs better looking lol
