That's okay, ladies, though I nearly forgot. Meant to get it lower in the sky to get a contrast with the buildings but was too late.

Really good Ron, - hahahaha!! Didn't get to see it - nobody did from our area, too cloudy - always the same...some lovely pics on the web though. Thanks for posting Ron.

Posted the picture on Facebook and a young lady friend, Bella, asked 'was it really that big?' Well, she does have a page that her mum and friends started called 'Bella's Blonde Moments'!

I saw it loud and clear despite the forecast being bad. It did seem closer and certainly was much lower looking in the sky here, right down to sit on top of a listed building near me and since then, it's way up above it and nowhere near it. I was delighted to see it and sat and had my coffee while it was there.
