To be honest, i enroll to them all....Suttons, T@M, Parkers, Jersey plants direct and probably a few others but i usually order my seeds from T@M online.....they have a far bigger selection online then in their catalogue.
I do occasionally order stuff from other companies if there's something that grabs me. I've also just ordered some rooted dahlia cuttings from The National Collection.
This year, i've bought my seedlings from the local garden centre,

DT Brown's usually have quite a good catalogue stevemc,. They're pretty reasonably priced too. Like andy, I get a number of different ones through.

I have used DT Brown as well for some of my seed potatoes this year, they have a better selection than some. In general though, stevemc, I think you are already doing it the right way. For instance when buying dahlias I found that no single supplier had everything I wanted and had to buy from three to get what I wanted. For particular plants, specialist growers may be the best, for instance Roger Parsons Sweet Peas or Taylors Clematis. For bulbs I like de Jager.

Admittedly plants not seeds but if you're already buying from e-bay,the Stephen roff shop has really good plants, Jasmine put me on to him. Chiltern seeds are very good for anything unusual you may fancy trying.

I have two online sites that I regularly buy from, seeds are fresh and usually have good germination rates. They also cater for my desire to grow something 'different' from seed each year. P & p charges for both companies are very reasonable for the UK. Special Plants will send you a seed catalogue if you request one www.specialplants.net/shop/seeds/Also Plant World Seeds (get 10% off at the check-out by entering code SEEDS10 in the box) www.plant-world-seeds.com/
