Auricula gave me the idea to post this as i hadnt realised it was a Northern dish. in a deep frying pan fry one large onion , i use red add sliced potato spread on top gravy to just cover thinly sliced or frozen carrot simmer until veggies soft then slice thickly a tin of corned beef and spread on top you can also add a tin of any kind of peas or frozen simmer until heated through this is a very economical and quick tasty meal.
