Anyone had a go at growing roses from cuttings? I've been told it's fairly easy but i've just googled it and some sites say take hardwood cuttings and some say semi-ripe!!!
One person took hardwood style cuttings in mid summer using 9" long sections and stripping all the leaves off then placing them in a trench with lots of added grit.
Would love to hear any experiences growing them.
