Rust on Fuchsias - bane isn't it. OK, as I don't eat my Fuchsias (you can make fantastic jam from the seeds btw) I would spray with a system fungus spray after getting rid of all the affected leaves etc. If you want to try a biological way then I would have a go at using Aspirin which I use on my tomatoes and has proved to be good...this year was a real test. Last year I saved my toms with the rather radical method of dissolving aspirin (not coated ones) to a 2 litre spray and dousing them totally. I overdosed them with 8/10 aspirin to start with - it was a case of live or die and then I cut back to 500gr Aspirin per litre twice a week. Using Aspirin is better as a preventative measure but it did work for me as it helps the plant own immune system to start working.. Hope someone else has ideas...

Have you tried tylenol aleve or any of the others?

Does it have to aspirin? Have you tried tylenol aleve or any of the others? Never heard of tylenol aleve blc, - remember we are in the UK, most of us anyway, and Aspirin is available worldwide. Plus Aspirin triggers a plants own immune system, no idea what the other things do though.
