I hate theme weeks and particularly loathe Halloween....too many props, silly costumes and general stupidity. I'll still watch though I expect Simon to go this week unless someone has a "disastah dahling "

Will have to find a way of streaming it to watch in Spain. I quite like the Halloween theme - just think it is a bit limited now as so many songs/ideas etc...have been used.

Thanks for the list Ladygardener! Bit of a thread going on over on FB at the moment about how you Charleston to Frankie - we shall see! OH is very sure we can watch whatever we like while we are away - he always watches West Ham matches while we are away so I am relying on him!

I'm more worried about what the band are going to do with Nirvana to be honest Jasmine, now the original would probably make a good Paso, but me thinks I'm going to be hiding behind the sofa for that one

It all makes good viewing and keeps the FB group busy Jilly, are you in the Spoiler group? Shame when they massacre a song though!! You never know - they may do an amazing cover ...or maybe not!

I think the band do a right old job with having all those new songs to learn in a week but they get a right hard old time don't they. I do cringe at least once a week 'tho Jasmine Jilly.

Some very odd goings on last night! What was CR-H up to ... and Anton and Ruth (Eamon looked the most shocked of anyone) ... and some of the scoring

I certainly don't think Aston was the one deserving to go, Craig seems to be doing strange things this series.

Ruth should go, but I'd really like Debbie to go

It was the Blackpool show we wanted to go to Ladygardener, Missyredhead gave me a link when she failed to get some, looks like an unlucky link.

Never sure whether I like Blackpool week or not They are unused to the big stage and can be put off by the backing dancers. Hope we don't have to suffer the silly "by the seaside"vts Think Susan will probably go ( it's her time ) but Jonnie,Mollie or Gemma could find themselves in danger

Is anyone feeling that this isn't one of the best SCDs? Is it losing it's sparkle, is it because Len isn't there anymore, has it been going too long..... (I don't feel any of those things, I was just wondering out loud!) Maybe it's just me!!! I think we are all in the FB spoiler group but I won't say anything just in case...but I am looking forward to tonight's DO!

Poor Susan, she cried buckets, but it was the right result in my opinion.

I know what you mean Jasmine, for me nobody has the wow factor this year. I don't think it has anything to do with Len 'tho I did'nt like him. I still would'nt like to miss it 'tho. Barbara it was definitely time for Susan to leave I thought. So it's a musical themed weekend, wonder what the songs will be.

I haven't enjoyed it as much, but think it is because there has been too much 'filling' which has detracted from the dancing. Although I like Tess & Claudia I do feel that another host with song and dance experience might improve the entertainment value. Brucie was a familiar face, who I didn't love and he could be cheesy, but he was sometimes unintentionally funny. Bruno has got on my nerves more this series too.
