While on holiday i got talking to a lady with a small terrier in the caravan next to us, she was telling me that it had been kept in the Vets a couple of days because it had been poisoned eating chicken pellets at her lottie, i am always worried when scattering any garden feed in case the dogs ate it! The Vet told her she was lucky it was fresh, if it had been old pellets it had eaten it would have been fatal.

They are very attractive to dogs. My springer was always eating them but luckily with no ill effects.

Maybe because it was a bigger dog andy, this was just a small terrier, I must admit to being surprised. |
