Oh no I forgot to tell you - it's been postponed again - my fault though because my mum asked me to go to a quilt exhibition in Dudley with her. Anyway I've arranged it for Tuesday but the way things are going I might have to postpone it yet again because we're having our boiler replaced on Monday and I've been told it might take a day and a half - which would get in the way of my head massage on Tuesday. I'll keep you posted though!

I didn't have my head massage today because the gas man had to come and finish installing our boiler. It's booked for Thursday - goodness I hope I don't have to postpone again!

Are you all set for tomorrow Plocket?

Oh yes!! I'm positively excited! Unfortunately Charlotte has told me that she can't add essential oils to my head massage oil because she's pregnant but I don't mind - I just want the experience. And she's given me a bit off the price because of it. Out of interest, what did you pay for your Indian Head Massage?

It was £22.50 which I didn't think was too bad for an hour of total relaxation. Is that similar to what you are paying?

Charlotte would normally charge me £15 (but I think that's because she's just starting her business) but is charging me less today because she isn't going to use the lavender oil. I've another friend who is training now so it will be interesting to see how much she charges when she's qualified. The difference is that Charlotte has a "salon" room done in her house whereas Nicky would come to me. Oh and Charlotte's session is half an hour, not an hour like yours.
I'm so excited - silly isn't it!!! ;D

Oooooo I'm having one of those again! It was GORGEOUS! With all the chat and everything (bearing in mind we are friends!) it did take about an hour, but it was LURVELY! I'm off to relax and drink lots of water now that my toxins are being removed and my chakras are fine - or something!!! ;D

Crumbs it would be difficult to beat!!! Did your person (Indian massage person) tell you that you might have headaches, heightened emotions etc.? I laughed it off but cried at the slightest thing on television this evening (and no the footie hasn't finished yet!!!)

She told me I might have a headache or feel as though I was coming down with a cold but didn't mention heightened emotions. It's interesting that you did feel more emotional although the footie not being finished is enough to make anyone cry! ;D I didn't feel any negative side effects (thank goodness because I didn't like the list she came up with ) just very relaxed. Makes you wonder what it really does do to you - there is something really therapeutic about having your head massaged!

I didn't have any side effects either.......you have to go for a full body massage next.. If you think that a head one is heaven...just wait until you have a body one.
Footie nearly finished....3-0 to Spain ;D

The bit when she did my ears made me giggle because I've got very ticklish ears but the rest was incredibly relaxing. As I said to OH, I want to regularly have Indian Head Massage. I used to have a half body massage when I worked in London: back, shoulders and arms. It was divine and I wasn't capable of working properly afterwards! ;D That game might have finished MRH but there's still the final!!!
